Our elite global Alternative Investment Fund client is seeking to recruit an Associate General Counsel to provide legal support to the investment team in structuring, implementing and managing a various complex asset-backed securitizations. Additionally, you will provide legal support for the entire investment portfolio and advise various service providers and portfolio companies that support these initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Provide legal support to the investment team in structuring, implementing and managing a various complex asset-backed securitizations
- Provide legal support for the entire investment portfolio and advise various service providers and portfolio companies that support these initiatives
- Provide legal, reputational risk and legal advice
- Negotiate, review and draft transaction documentation
- Assist capital markets and securities teams with various legal matters
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders when structuring new transactions
