About the Role
As a Videographer/Editor, you will:
· Lead camera work on productions, ensuring top-notch focus, composition, and quality.
· Set up and operate video, audio, and lighting equipment for various shoots.
· Edit engaging, high-quality videos, from corporate events and testimonials to music videos and social media content.
· Offer creative input during filming and editing to elevate the final product.
What to Expect
First Month:
✅ Master Fusion Studios’ unique filming and editing style.
✅ Get familiar with our equipment, workflows, and internal processes.
✅ Develop a client-first mindset with outstanding customer service skills.
First Three Months:
✅ Take the lead as a videographer on at least one project.
✅ Be the lead editor on at least one project.
✅ Communicate directly with clients regarding project edits.
✅ Showcase organization, creativity, and problem-solving skills in every shoot and edit.
What You Bring
· 5 years of professional videography and editing experience.
· A strong demo reel showcasing your best work.
· High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
· A deep understanding of the entire video production process.
· Strong creativity, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
· A passion for storytelling, a strong work ethic, and impeccable attention to detail.

Perks & Compensation
$40,000 – $58,000 per year (based on experience).
