Information Security System Specialist - Charleston, SC - Fusion Technology Jobs
Location: Charleston, South Carolina, San Antonio, Texas, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Stuttgart, Germany.
Clearance: DOD Secret or TS/SCI
Years of Experience: Junior 0-3 years, Mid 3-5 years, Senior 5 years
Requirements/Responsibilities: Experience in Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A/ C&A related field. Working knowledge of the RMF process, and/or experience with the Defense Information Assurance & Certification Accreditation Process (DIACAP), and/or CSSPs. Experience working with Information Assurance tools such as DISA's eMASS, ACAS, or HBSS may be required to hold an Interim SCA qualification. Familiar with security policies & guidance documents to assist with the preparation and maintenance of process artifacts, traceability documents purposed for compliance with ATO requirements or CSSP Accreditation. Able to evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing up to classified information and supervise and/or maintain the operational security posture for an information system or program. Experience assisting/developing system security policy and ensuring compliance of change management and configuration control processes. Experience supporting network and system security, Cyber Security Service Providers or Cyber Red Teams or equivalents within the DoD or Federal government, to include: Vulnerability Analysis, Network Security Monitoring, Incident Response/Forensics, Penetration Test/Red Teaming. Possesses certification to meet compliance with 8570 categories and DoD 8140 manual of CND Auditor, CND Analyst, CNDSP Manager, CND Incident Responder, CND Infrastructure Support, IASAE I or IASAE II. Technical training in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or Information Technology. Individuals shall have IAT III certification.
Education: Bachelor's degree in technical or managerial related discipline or High School Diploma/ GED. Shall meet the latest Cybersecurity workforce certification/training in accordance with DoD 8570.1M and subsequent DoD 8140 manual, as applicable.
