Fusion Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler for a dynamic position in Beltsville, MD. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing construction schedules, reviewing claims, and performing risk evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough technical and management analyses of construction contract schedules.
- Review claims involving disputes on contract interpretations, modification costs, government-caused delays, and site conditions.
- Prepare background schedule data for technical and legal review and provide to the COR for consideration on claims to be provided to the CO.
- Evaluate potential win/loss risk and its economic impact on the project as a whole.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Construction Scheduling.
- PREFERRED: Degree in Scheduling or a Construction Field.
- Ability to commute daily to Beltsville, MD.
