Our freight brokerage business is growing rapidly (operating under the well-established Am Trans brand) and looking for experienced brokers to join our team. Our integrated 3PL business allows brokers to leverage other parts of the business as selling points in ways that traditional brokers can't, making it easier to build relationships and sell to clients.

Job Overview:
- Perform freight services according to company and government regulations.
- Create, coordinate, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, coordinating with shippers, carriers, dispatchers, and customers.
- Monitor all routes and schedule backhauls with same trucks to utilize max. cost of the daily route.
- Track and report shipment status of loads.
- Coordinate logistics for projects coming from multiple customer sites and vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity, ensuring freight paperwork is complete and approved prior to transportation.
- Resolve freight discrepancies and keep relevant parties apprised.
- Respond to customer concerns and queries in a timely, professional manner.

You’re a Great Fit if You:
- 1 years of experience in a freight and transportation logistics and operations oriented position (brokerage, dispatch, etc.) assigning loads and booking trucks on load boards
- Ability to complete responsibilities and follow directions under little supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of superior communication, follow through, and listening skills with colleagues and customers
- Monday to Friday
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Monday - Friday in Office
