Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service activities such as, process freight work orders, schedule loads, invoicing, and handling any other customer requests
- Generate bills of lading and any other related paperwork for work orders
- Check all orders for special requests and post inventory records
- Assist, coordinate and conduct physical and cycle counts
- Reconcile inventories to book records and adjust when necessary
- Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the warehouse and other departments
- Ensure proper invoicing of account activity
- Partner with operations to solve any customer inventory discrepancies
