Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering strong client relationships. This role involves interacting with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions tailored to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Provide detailed information about our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reporting, and transactions in our Hubspot CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
- Participate in lead generation activities.
- Prospecting tasks related to ZoomInfo.
- Build and grow our software and ERP partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our company's offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service in a sales environment is a must!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (Hubspot is a plus)
