We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Roll Off Driver with a Class B License ( Manual preferred) to add to our team and we are excited to talk to YOU! As our Roll Off Driver you will move Bin units, trailers, containers, equipment, supplies, and other merchandise from one location to another.
Compensation: $19-$25, depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day, adapting route as business conditions change.
- Loads delivery vehicle with units/equipment scheduled for delivery.
- Picks up units along the scheduled route, delivering replacements, dump runs, etc. may include items to be returned, company orders, and other equipment as requested for efficiency.
- Delivers to correct addresses, obtaining signatures, payment, and proof of receipt when necessary.
- Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
- Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor. Follows disinfecting and safety guidelines.
- Abide by all transportation laws, company policies, and maintain a safe driving record.
- Assists in general yard & maintenance duties when route is completed.
- Weekend, evening hours, & on-call hours may be required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to drive safely.
- Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps, including ability to plan delivery routes and adjust as business needs dictate.
- Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
- Ability to communicate with dispatch, customers, and leadership and always remain professional and courteous.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Class B license
- Must be 21 years old
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to drive & utilize hydraulic lift to load and unload units in all types of weather.
- Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as required to access units.
- Able to remain focused and alert while driving for extended periods of time.
- Able to handle strong odors.
