FusionSite is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will assist the Market Leader in providing leadership to the assigned unit through efficient management of daily operations in all areas of logistics, operations, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and supervise Route Drivers, Pick-up and Delivery Drivers, Mechanics, and Yard staff in daily tasks and operations.
- Ensure quality excellence in terms of service and inventory.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Requirements
- Associate degree or technical certification in related field preferred.
- Demonstrated training and/or mentoring experience.
- Strong math and inventory skills.
