We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Team Lead to join our team at FusionSite.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations in all areas of logistics, operations, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and supervision of Route Drivers, Pick-up and Delivery Drivers, Mechanics, and Yard staff
- Ensuring quality excellence in terms of service and inventory
- Conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
The ideal candidate will also:
- Supporting manager in achieving profit, performance, and quality service goals
- Facilitating weekly spot checks and ensuring appropriate action
- Managing inventory including regular audits of equipment
Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification in related field preferred
- Demonstrated training and/or mentoring experience
