What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Team Lead position at FusionSite?
FusionSite is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to assist the Market Leader in providing leadership to the assigned unit.
The successful candidate will efficiently manage daily operations in all areas of logistics, operations, safety, and customer service.
- Schedules and supervises Route Drivers, Pick-up and Delivery Drivers, Mechanics, and Yard staff in daily tasks and operations.
- Ensures quality excellence in terms of service and inventory.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Assist manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and quality service goals.
- Facilitate weekly spot checks, and ensure appropriate action (relocation, cleaning, retraining, etc.)
- Manage inventory including regular audits of equipment (supplies, vehicles, and units - quality and quantity)
- Ensure safety standards are achieved in partnership with GM through assisting with reviews, coaching, and enforcement
