Technical Program Manager – ERP Data Integration

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and oversee data integration efforts for a large-scale ERP rollout across multiple sites. This individual will play a critical role in tracking progress, reporting to senior management, and ensuring accurate mapping of data tables from legacy ERP systems to our consolidated data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor, track, and report the data team’s progress in integrating data across multiple ERP implementations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively work with stakeholders to address them.
• Establish and maintain communication channels between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.

2. Data Mapping & Integration Support

• Serve as a subject matter expert in mapping data tables from multiple ERP systems to a consolidated data warehouse.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and ERP implementation teams to validate data mappings and transformations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data schemas, mapping logic, and integration workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational data standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of experience in technical program management, data integration, or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, data warehousing, and data governance best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for a non-technical audience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, balancing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
