We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will work with creative and technical staff to promote the firm's services, win new projects, and further company growth. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to balance multiple assignments while respecting deadlines, and has exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with architects and engineering firms to respond to teaming requests.
- Provide Marketing Coordinators with proposal support.
- Update marketing materials, including personnel resumes, project profiles, and experience sheets.
- Maintain and support the Marketing Library and Open Asset.
- Coordinate social media, website, PR, and award submittal content.
- Assist with event management and special projects.
