Job Role: Systems Analyst with LMS experience
Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid 2-3 days per week
Acceptable Work Authorization: USC/GC/GC-EAD & H4-EAD Only
Rate: $60-$65/hr. C2C
The client is seeking a Systems Analyst with LMS experience, preferably Docebo.
NOTE: The job is primarily hybrid onsite; however, if candidates are not located in the preferred area, remote work can be an option.

The Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. Coordinates with engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution for small to medium efforts.
· Takes in requirements from business analysts and documents technical requirements
· Defines minimum feature set and user acceptance criteria
· Assesses configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
· Applies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standards
· Performs troubleshooting and investigates root cause of systems issues
· Documents technical solutions to identified problems
· Assists in testing and participates in test phases prior to UAT
· Updates technical specs based on testing, prioritized defects or post-release lessons learned
· Supports communication for application/system deployment
· Works to ensure application availability and identify SLAs for operational readiness
· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on best practice solutions to deliver business outcome
Salary : $60 - $65
