Associate Attorney

We are seeking an associate attorney to manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation to trial. Responsibilities include case investigation, monitoring medical treatment, client communication, demand writing, negotiating, filing lawsuits, discovery preparation, and trial prep.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, has excellent writing and communication skills, and can work well in a team. Previous personal injury litigation experience is preferred.
