Role Overview:
The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement and adjust ABA programs based on data and client needs
- Supervise RBTs and trainees in accordance with BACB standards
- Provide parent training and maintain regular communication
- Ensure documentation and billing accuracy
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility)
- Preferred: Experience in clinical, home, or school ABA settings
