We are Looking LPN/RN/Director/Manager
The Nursing – LPN/RN is responsible for overseeing clinical and medication programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves providing nursing care, conducting health assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and training staff. The position also works closely with the Executive Director to address clinical concerns and ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care, including health assessments, care plan development, and medication administration.
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding changes in resident conditions.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments and care plans.
- Train and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Stay up-to-date with state regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- RN preferred; LPN or LVN may be considered.
- Current nursing license in the state.
- 1-2 years of management experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric care and dementia care.
