We’re seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee product development (PD) and production run (PR) programs for thermal management solutions. This role will involve managing technical projects, customer relationships, and ensuring on-time, high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PD and PR programs for key customers.
- Work with engineering and production teams to review contracts and gather requirements.
- Present prototypes and transition them into production.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee procurement, bill of materials, and quality assurance processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with PDM and ERP software.
- Preferred: Experience in aerospace or thermal-mechanical product development.
