Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to support Wi-Fi network design and implementation projects across various facility types. This role involves full project lifecycle management—from initial survey and design to deployment, cutover, and final documentation—ensuring performance targets and security standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct RF/Wi-Fi surveys and analyze coverage using Ekahau tools
Design and validate wireless networks based on customer KPIs
Configure and integrate APs, switches, routers, controllers, and firewalls
Lead onsite deployments and cutovers with minimal disruption
Optimize network architecture for performance and compliance
Manage small installation teams and multiple concurrent projects
Maintain detailed documentation and coordinate stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, SD-WAN, and WLANs
Proficiency with Cisco (Meraki, Catalyst), Juniper (Mist), and Aruba (HPE) equipment
Experience with structured cabling standards (BICSI, NEC)
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, and security protocols (RADIUS, ISE, TACACS)
Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results
Must pass a background check including drug testing and fingerprinting.
Note:
We are interested in people with Wireless LAN controller as a primary ability, if they have that they should have everything else.
Also people with Wi-Fi Ekahau or iBwave design and site survey (NOT just site survey, need to have Wi-Fi design)
