Job Title : ATE Tester
Location : Santa Clara, CA(Onsite)
Responsibilities :
- Define and develop ATE test program solutions for the next generation of GPUs and SOC
- ATE test program development includes constructing or enhancing test methods, debug and integration of timings / levels / patterns / test methods and test flow into a test program
- Actively participate in cross-function teams including IO design, PLL design, Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design to efficiently debug any product failures and implement optimal solutions
- Write standardized scripts / tools for the test engineering group, enhance the group's overall productivity and effectiveness
What we need to see :
V93k experience, preferably on SmarTest 8
Experience with NPI activities for mbist or scan or high speed testing
Good debugging and communication skills
