- Design and Engineering Cisco AV systems. Design AV solutions for the customer.
- Hands-on experience in supporting Cisco AV systems. Experience with various other AV solutions in the market.
- Experience with Crestron devices and support, Crestron Fusion, Teams etc.
- Hardware and device support experiences with AV products.
- Experience in conference room support. Experience in executive-facing support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate needs to be more than a good engineer.
- leadership capabilities and the ability to own this discipline for the Americas. Ability to juggle multiple projects in different countries. Ability to put together proposals / presentations on solutions.
