Role : Business Analyst With SQL Location : Remote for now (Minneapolis, MN is the client location for future) Required Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a large, complex US healthcare organization
- 4 years of data analysis (profiling) experience within healthcare clinical and / or administrative data domains with large data warehouse
- 4 years of source-to-target mapping experience (including complex business rules) within healthcare clinical and / or administrative data domains
- 4 years' experience communicating with senior level business leaders and stakeholders
- 4 years of experience creating advanced SQL queries Preferred Qualifications :
- Big Data Experience
- Data Warehouse / Data Mart / Reporting / Business Intelligence
- Bachelor's and / or master's degree This role demands advanced level knowledge in US health care domain. The candidate should have supported large health care data warehouse applications and should have hands on experience of data profiling using SQL queries. Excellent communication and client facing skills are desired. Qualification :
- 5-7 years of experience in supporting requirement gathering of large DWH
- Hands-on experience on writing SQLs in multiple database environments
- Must have good understanding and conceptual knowledge of Data Model and ETL Internal - General Use
- Hands on experience on data profiling and analysis
- Hands on experience of writing crisp and clear functional (source to target Mapping doc) and requirement documents
- Should have aware of SDLC process
- Should have ability to work with technical teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis abilities
- Ability to Work collaboratively in global projects with a positive team spirit and ensure teamwork & coordination.
- Hands-on experience on navigation of Unix file system and profiling large data files
- Healthcare domain knowledge is a good to have
- Should be flexible with the working hours as he / she needs to closely work with the US counterparts
