Must to have : -
- Minimum High school Diploma.
- Experience in tickets managements, requirements.
- 2 years' experience with end user support, Desktop, Laptop, Printers, VC Rooms, Mobile
- Experience with management
- English mandatory.
- Structured cabling notions.
- Experience in data center management (maintenance, equipment removal, IMAC).
- Focus on customer service.
- Must be available to work afterhours, during weekends, holidays, etc.
- Must be a person with good organization, to follow up on their tickets, coordinate scheduled activities, assist with change requests, generate process documentation.
