Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day / night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 6a-10p, Mon-Fri, 8a-6p, Sat / Holidays
Please provide a summary of the project / initiative that this candidate will be working on? candidate will be assisting the WellMed Helpdesk to support WellMed employee reported technical issues
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)?
Accept inbound calls; identify, document & troubleshoot technical issues; utilize and contribute to internal knowledgebase; effectively communicate transfer of reported issues to internal / external teams; on-call support on rotation basis (2 - 3 weeks per year : Monday 10pm - Thursday 6am; Friday 10pm - Monday 6am)
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex : healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? 1 years PC support experience, 6 months call center support
What skills / attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?
1 years of experience supporting PC operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10
1 years of experience supporting mobile devices such as Android or Apple Tablets / Phones
6 months of experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) - ability to create, edit, save, and send
