Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead value stream mapping workshops to identify opportunities for improvement

• Oversee future state implementation of lean systems to optimize production processes

• Evaluate and drive productivity improvements by analyzing lean metrics such as lead time, changeover time, and inventory levels

• Design flow systems between work cells to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Partner with Finance associates to quantify CI cost reductions and implement cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong medical device experience required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to coach others in Lean concepts and lead kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
