Good hands on and solid experience of working with Oracle database and Oracle Golden gate including :
- Installation, Configuration, performance tuning of Oracle golden gate software in homogenous and heterogeneous environments.
- Real time work experience on Oracle golden gate replication.
- Knowledge on Oracle RAC and Logical data migration.
- Good knowledge on Oracle application objects (table / indexes / triggers / constraints / views / sequences etc.).
- Experience with Oracle 12c and 19c and golden gate 12.x, 18.x, 19.x and 21.x
- Supporting complex golden gate replication setup (unidirectional / bidirectional) across different releases of Oracle.
- Strong skills and hands on experience on investigating and troubleshooting golden gate processes.
- Golden gate monitoring.
- Experience in Patching and upgrade of oracle golden gate software.
- Should know Golden gate high availability and failover conditions and scenarios.
- Good knowledge on Unix shell and Perl scripting.
- Knowledge on data verification / validation tools like Oracle Veridata is desirable.
- Project / Program management and implementation experience for mission critical replication projects.
- Experience of Oracle golden gate Big-data (Kafka / Hadoop / Tandem no stop SQL) if needed as per the Project requirement.
