Job description
Responsible for various service and support functions across multiple clients' accounts This role typically involves maintenance and enhancement of alarm management systems to ensure 247 facilities operations Day to day tasks will be determined by the specific requirements of each service and support agreement
Implementation
Installation of Alarm Management tool
Creating architecture for application deployment in azure
Infra Sizing and server creation in azure
Configuration of application and database
Support
Troubleshoot issues with Application
Respond to incidents outages and communication disruptions serving as a first point of contact for customer issues
Conduct root cause analysis and Implement solutions
Perform installations repairs and upgrades on automation systems
Maintain detailed records of service activities including reports maintenance logs
Maintenance
Conduct regular inspections maintenance and software updates
Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies
Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a chemical Engineering equivalent experience as determined by interview
3-5 years of expiring on Alarm Management tools such as PSS Plant state Suite or any other tools of alarm management
Knowledge of refinery Petrochemical complex
Knowledge of OPC communication such as HAD DAUA
Knowledge of industrial communication Architecture
Working experience on azure
Experience of DCS systems from varies vendor such as Honeywell Emerson Yokogawa
