- Positions in this function are involved in various aspects of design, engineering and operations of the voice data networks and related equipment.
- Provide project planning, implementation and support of new network or voice systems and direct technical analysis of hardware, software or networks.
- Telecommunications Engineering Core Tasks
- Design, build and deploy voice and digital channel systems.
- Script and deploy call flows
- Monitor end to end voice and digital channel systems.
- Respond to and resolve voice and digital channel issues.
- Create and maintain knowledge / technical documents.
- Identity end-user requirements
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement.
