The Release Manager will oversee release planning, scheduling, technical oversight, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Release Management :
Plan, schedule, and coordinate the deployment of software releases across different environments (development, staging, and production).
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues that arise during release cycles.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities and updates.
Ensure the stability and consistency of environments, including development, staging, testing, and production.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, speed, and reliability of software deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proficiency in Java technology stack, including frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate .
Proven track record of managing software release cycles, from planning to execution.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues during release cycles.
