- Good Understanding ISO lines of business & Billing
- Good understanding DCOD Environment
- Must have implemented minimum 1 Duck Creek Project from Inception to Go Live
- Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization
- Gap documentation for functional and integration points
- Work on Onsite / Offshore model
- Excellent communication Skills
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Experienced with Agile methodology and business analysis methodologies
