Essential Responsibilities:
- Define and execute short-term and long-term engineering and R&D plans in
generation product development and frontier research in Futronics.
- Work with the local and global business, product, and R&D teams to define the

- Work with R&D team members to design the overall solution and ensure that the

- M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical
- Expertise in dexterous manipulation/grasping, arm motion planning, trajectory

- Customer engagement with solid strategic thinking skills, business development,
- Strong connection with global technical leaders and academic researchers.
- Work independently and with other team members and lead teams in a dynamic
- Excellent skills in communicating with the executive management team.
