We are delighted to be partnered with a leading trust advisory firm that is looking for Associate Attorney to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the processing department and collaborate with other team member attorneys for guidance on complex legal matters.
- Ensure each estate plan is legally sound, precise, and tailored to meet the client’s unique needs and objectives.
- Review and analyze legal documents, providing strategic recommendations while maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal laws.
- Conduct educational seminars and workshops on estate planning topics, requiring strong public speaking skills.
- Engage with diverse audiences, explaining complex legal concepts in an accessible and understandable manner.
- Build trust with clients and community members through effective communication and education.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Maintain a commitment to client service, professionalism, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida State Bar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- At least 1 year of prior experience in estate planning or similar industry
