Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the energy and infrastructure sectors, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers to understand their workforce needs and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized workforce solutions that align with clients’ business plans.
- Present and articulate the value of Futura Energy Group’s services, demonstrating how our solutions drive efficient and effective project outcomes.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
