Milwaukee Area Bilingual Manager (full time remote hybrid)

Futura Language Professionals is currently seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our thriving organization as the Bilingual Area Manager for our greater Milwaukee regional Spanish teaching staff.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a team of talented Spanish teachers across Milwaukee and its suburbs.
- Ensure high-quality language instruction and uphold our standards of excellence.
- Oversee the hiring process in its entirety including creatively recruiting part time instructors through networking in the community, social media, and job postings.
- Interview candidates and complete reference checks as well as sending offers and employment paperwork.
- Train instructors in Futura’s unique methodology and curriculum.
- Develop and manage schedules, monitor performance, and provide feedback and support to instructors.
- Teach classes as needed and coordinate teacher substitute requests.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new strategies and initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks, including communication with clients and resolving issues.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for teachers and students alike.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree (in any field) is required.
- A true leader with a friendly and dynamic personality to support our teachers.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Reliability, ability to work from home and have reliable transportation for school visits, meetings, candidate interviews, etc.
- Passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in management or team leadership (preferably in education setting) is ideal, but not required.
- Experience with Elementary and middle school age students in the classroom setting is ideal. However, we are willing to train motivated candidates.

*This remote hybrid position is primarily home-based. However, the candidate must be willing and able to travel to our partner schools and community locations in the Milwaukee area including the surrounding suburbs. Availability during class times is mandatory for teacher observations and emergency situations. Enrichment class times are during the fall and spring semesters mornings 8:00-10:00AM and afternoons ranging from 1:30-4:30, Monday through Thursday). Integrated class times are school days 8:00-3:30 Monday through Fridays.
