Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation, execution, and management of private credit investments across diverse sectors
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and credit risk assessments
- Structure and negotiate deal terms, including legal documentation
- Oversee portfolio performance, including monitoring and reporting on existing investments
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, direct lending, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and credit underwriting skills
- Proven track record of managing deals from origination to execution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred
