We are seeking an IT & Office Equipment Field Technician to join our field services team in the Phoenix, AZ marketplace.

Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose our customer’s current technology to include office equipment, network systems including but not limited to all devices, switches, firewall, computer’s (Desktop & Laptop’s), wireless access points, cameras, and telecommunication systems.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc. to gather information for troubleshooting.
- Work closely with internal/helpdesk tech team to resolve technology issues.
- Put customer service above everything.
- Basic computer knowledge and the desire to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively and properly to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge.
- Lexmark or copier troubleshooting and repair a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Associates degree preferred, but not required
- VOIP technology experience a plus
- Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (VPN, Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools) preferred
- Knowledge or hands-on experience providing technical and user support to users using Windows 10-11 as well as Microsoft serve, Office 365 setup, MAC OS, and other mainstream applications preferred
