Pay Scale: The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include monthly base salary Compensation of between $6,000.00 and $8,000.00.  The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

 

 

 

·         Hire, motivate and monitor the performance of your team leading to individual success and job satisfaction.

·         Assist General Sales Manager in implementing processes and an atmosphere leading to complete customer satisfaction.

·         Manage trade-ins, sales, and delivery of new and used vehicles. Keep a vehicle and sales history log. 

·         Establish sales quotas for all sales personnel which meet their individual skill levels. 

·         Stay current with Sales management through skilled use of the appropriate computer systems.  

·         Supervise employees to ensure that facilities are clean and efficient. 

·         Attend pertinent training as available to keep current with sales department concerns and sales techniques.

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager

·         Valid Sales license

·         Valid driver license

·         Attend company meetings and training as required. 

·         Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services. 

·         Follow lawful directions from supervisors. 

·         Understand and follow work rules and procedures. 

·         Participate in performance management. 

·         Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale. 

·         Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
