Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members.
Communication Management : Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth information flow.
Document Control : Prepare, proofread, and organize contracts, reports, and presentations related to telecom projects.
Project Coordination : Assist in tracking deliverables, maintaining logs, and supporting project timelines for network deployments and infrastructure expansion.
Data Entry & Reporting : Maintain databases, update spreadsheets, and generate reports on telecom operations, budgets, and compliance.
Vendor & Client Coordination : Support procurement, process invoices, and manage correspondence with service providers and stakeholders.
Compliance & Record Keeping : Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Event & Travel Coordination : Arrange travel, book accommodations, and plan logistics for industry conferences and team meetings.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in telecommunications, fiber, or broadband industries.
Education : High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to interact professionally with executives and external partners.
Organizational Abilities : Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving : Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with telecom providers like Verizon, Lumen, Fiberlight, Zayo, Nextlink, Spectrum.
Knowledge of fiber optics, broadband deployment, and telecom regulations is a plus.
Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or telecom project management software.
