Concessions Manager – Future Legends Complex
Position Summary:
Future Legends Complex is seeking a Concessions Manager to oversee the daily operations of concession stands across the complex. This role ensures high-quality food service, efficient operations, and a positive guest experience. The Concessions Manager will be responsible for inventory management, staffing, compliance, and financial oversight while working closely with vendors and internal teams to enhance food and beverage offerings for guests, athletes, and fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee and manage all concession stand operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and high-quality service.
- Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Manage stock levels, place orders, and collaborate with vendors for timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.
- Staffing & Training: Hire, train, and schedule concession staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Maintain compliance with local and state food service guidelines.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, track inventory usage, and assist with revenue and expense reporting to maximize profitability.
- Customer Experience: Uphold a high standard of service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality management required.
- Accredited Food Protection Manager Certification required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
