What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Team Lead position at Future Legends Complex?
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for various aspects of maintenance at our 118-acre complex, including grounds upkeep, service requests, repairs, and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain athletic field surfaces and common grounds areas
- Operate equipment for line painting, mowing, and turf maintenance
- Assist with Game Day Operations
- General Facility maintenance and trash cleanup
- Handle snow removal and work in adverse weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members and interact with community members effectively
- Learn and apply knowledge of sports field requirements and equipment usage
Availability/Scheduling Requirements:
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week - flexible
- Afternoons/Evenings (12:00PM - 8:30PM)
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in adverse conditions
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
- Basic math skills for field layout calculations
