We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer/Architect who will work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs. This person will plan and lead complex Appian software development projects.

- Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian-based applications.
- Create and maintain various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modeling frameworks.
- Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
- Validate the solution against best design practices and work on quick prototyping to get client feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
- Perform Appian-specific performance tuning efforts to ensure the design implemented scales well for business needs.
- Skilled in Appian automation using FitNesse.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demo development efforts to the Program team.
- Work closely with testers/QA teams and the UI/UX team.
- Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Build Appian plugins and Appian embedded interfaces.
- Appian Certified Senior Developer
