What You'll Do:

Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, conducting in-home consultations, and closing deals alongside your team.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance metrics.
Champion innovation and process improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive growth.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and projections based on historical data and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of accountability and transparency by providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the home remodeling or construction industry.
Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in in-home sales and understanding of the "one-call close" methodology.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

Schedule and Location:
This is an In-Office position with flexibility. Your influence will be needed throughout the week, including most Saturdays and some evenings to accommodate customer schedules and business needs. You must be available to travel and meet with team members and customers across New Jersey.
