Part-Time Daycare Opener
Future Scholars Learning Academy – Columbus, OH
We are growing and looking for a dedicated Administrator Opener to join our team! This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a passion for children, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for families.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with parents warmly at drop-off.
- Supervise up to 12 children, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Answer phones and provide effective communication.
- Assist with breakfast setup and light housekeeping.
- Maintain accurate reports and communicate with administrators.
Schedule & Requirements:
- Part-time: Monday-Friday, 6:15 AM – 10:15 AM (No weekends).
- High School Diploma required.
- 3-4 years of customer service experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- A strong, proactive leader with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Works well with leadership and follows company policies.
- Able to mentor and support team growth.
- Confident in daily operations, compliance, and staff management.
