What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach at Future Stars Summer Camp position at Future Stars Summer Camp?
Lead a group of (up to but not limited to 30 ) boys & girls (ages 5-12) through a variety of volleyball camp games and activities. This could be pertaining to a specific sport or program: such as soccer, basketball, multiport, or like general activities like: tug of war, dodgeball, relay races, color wars, etc.
Focus on developing hand eye coordination, movement, agility, reaction drills, foot work, balance, sportsmanship, personal self-esteem, socialization, compassion, courtesy, etc.
Must be extremely responsible, athletic, passionate and knowledgeable about sports and general fitness, played on at least one school or club team at the high school or college level. Must enjoy being around children. Must have prior experiences working with youth sports teams, after school sports program or any summer camp. Employees & applicants are subject to background checks.
Wear proper and appropriate tennis and/or athletic attire.
All staff personnel are expected to meet accepted standards of personal hygiene by having clean and undamaged or unripped clothing, clean hands and fingernails, minimizing body odor including perfumes and other fragrances.
No offensive graphics or text is permitted on any clothing.
