What You'll Do
- Partner with the Controller & CFO to oversee corporate accounting functions.
- Supervise a team of 3-8 accounting professionals, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and protect company capital, ensuring sound financial decisions.
- Evaluate customer credit risk and manage accounts receivable strategies.
- Solve complex financial discrepancies and optimize accounting processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest financial reporting standards.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred or eligibility to sit for CPA a plus).
- 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or controller role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you love diving into financial data.
- Excellent leadership abilities - you know how to motivate and manage a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & accounting software (Great Plains experience is a plus).
