What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Associate position at Future Tech Enterprise, Inc.?
Our Accounts Payable position provides you with the opportunity to apply your 2-5 years of payables experience as part of a team that appreciates your attention to detail and proactive approach.

This is a remote position, work hours are 8:30-5:30 Eastern time. Benefits include health care, paid time off, 401k, life insurance and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering vouchers; ensuring credit is received for returns.
- Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; and recording entries.
- Reconciling monthly supplier statements.
- Recording sales tax payable information.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Review and work vendor statements.
- Review and research PO and EDI issues.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of payables experience in a corporate environment.
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- MS Excel – highly proficient.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal colleagues at all levels.
- Strong & accurate data entry skills.
- Analytical with the ability to multi-task changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with transactions involving multiple currencies.
