Future Tech Leaders is an education non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring youth by educating them about technology and computer science. We teach students technology skills to increase diversity in the technology field.
Role Description
This is an volunteer role at Future Tech Leaders. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will lead in social media marketing, and communication tasks. This is a remote role where you will support our mission to cultivate tech skills in students from underserved communities. This is a unpaid internship but student will receive adademic credit for school.
Qualifications
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for Future Tech Leaders mission
- Strong organizational skills
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
- Researching social media trends that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Ability to implement automation processes
Time : 29 hours a week.
