Position - Director of Nursing
Location - Fairmont, WV
Shift - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM
Contract - 09 Weeks
Pay Rate - $72/hr on W2.
Job Summary
The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations within a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. This leadership role involves managing nursing staff, implementing policies, and maintaining standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to provide optimal patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation
- Manage nursing home operations, including MDS assessments and care planning
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing teams for effective delivery of care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Valid RN license with extensive experience in nursing management
- Knowledge of home health services and regulations
- Strong understanding of MDS assessments and care planning processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively

Pay: Up to $72.00 per hour
