Your role:
Strategy defines an organization's future and creates the experiences, services, and tools that will realize it. Our Senior Strategist is responsible for owning distinct client and new business project workstreams across a wide variety of industry sectors, while effectively supporting project teams by creating basic strategic deliverables with excellence.
The Senior Strategist works closely with Strategy Directors as well as our Creative, Client Experience and New Business team members.
Primary responsibilities:
- Lead individual workstreams across a breadth of project types (e.g. workstreams within primary and secondary research, foundational brand strategy, brand architecture, verbal and visual expression, and brand experience projects)
- Uncover insights and draw meaningful conclusions from data
- Create and support client-ready presentations
- Conceptualize, structure and present compelling narratives, and field questions/ challenges with confidence
- Visualize content effectively with hierarchy and information design
- Contribute to our culture by being inclusive of diverse perspectives and styles
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in brand strategy, brand management, corporate branding, digital strategy, innovation or strategic planning. Brand consultancy experience preferred but not required.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
