Position: Youth Soccer Trainer - Must be a People Person!

Location: Ashburn, Virginia

About FuturElitez Soccer: Founded on March 25, 2020, FuturElitez Soccer is dedicated to developing leaders by using soccer & performance training as the vessel for players from 5-18 years old. We emphasize a mindset-focused approach to player development, standing out with our detail-oriented and player-focused philosophy.

Our vision includes building our own academy in the next few years, starting with developing top-level soccer players within our training program. As a dedicated and passionate technical soccer coach/mentor, you will add significant value to players in Northern Virginia.

Requirements:

• Must enjoy developing kids
• Must give 150% of your energy and dedication to the youth's development
• Must be present at the team meetings that take place every month
• Bubbly & Fun Personality
• Must be social and love communicating - before and after training sessions
• Minimum of 3 years of competitive soccer playing experience (travel soccer and/or high school).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for commuting.
• Availability on weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, starting at 4:30 PM.
• Must have the desire to grow with the company and be all in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build fun and lasting memories with the players you coach
• Coach and mentor children aged 5-10 years old.
• Ensure the kids are having a fun and positive environment whilst learning.
• Plan and execute fun and effective soccer training sessions through our philosophy.
• Communicate clearly in the communication apps we use
• Be engaged and involved in the team gatherings and team meetings
• Develop players' technical skills and mental resilience.
• Assist with non-coaching tasks, such as marketing and event support.
• Help with building the brand of FuturElitez Soccer through your coaching style and fun personality.

Training and Evaluation Period:

• The first 2-4 weeks will be a testing period to evaluate your fit as a coach and staff member of FuturElitez Soccer.
• Must read the book "The Talent Code" in this period
• After this period, a decision will be made regarding your alignment with our vision and philosophy.

Compensation:

• During the job training period: $20/hour for coaching sessions.
• Once officially hired: $45-$75 per session begins
• Bonuses for bringing in new clients and players into the program, and assisting with non-coaching tasks such as marketing and events will be applied separately.

Employment Type:

• 1099 Contractor for the 1st month of the hiring
• W2 from the 2nd month onwards

When to Hire: We are looking to hire the ideal coach within the next 2 weeks.
